Nicole Riggers has been a member of the Supervisory Board of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG since 2011 and was Chairwoman of the Works Council and General Works Council from 2010 to 2020. Her focus was, among other things, the negotiation of various company agreements, four procedures for reconciling interests, along with social plans, change management, conflict management and employee advice. In addition, in 2014 she founded the ICF initiative "Initiative Equal Opportunities for Women" for the female high potentials of IKB AG. The initiative has set itself the goal of promoting the visibility of female management potential in order to sustainably increase the proportion of women at management level at IKB AG. The trained paralegal is a founding member of the “Woman into Leadership eV” initiative and has been a mentor since it was founded in 2017. In 2019 she was named Mentor of the Year 2019 by the German Society for Mentoring, Berlin. She has been a board member at Zukunft durch Industrie eV since July 2019. Nicole Riggers is well connected with top personalities from science, culture, society, medicine and business.
