With our LeadershipNext Academy, we take highly motivated managers and top talents on a learning journey, both digitally and on site, (1) to gain a deeper understanding of leadership skills in sparring with CEOs, board members and top managers, (2) to bring about innovations and (3) to prepare for the next career step in a targeted manner.

You get access to 6 online modules in the classroom as well as two face-to-face events in our extended network. In a 180 minute interactive session, teaches you a qualified Faculty member a specific area of competence. A case study is then worked on in small groups. The results are then presented and discussed together. In addition, you can have a face-to-face or digital meet-up with a faculty member of your choice so that you receive individual support and can also address sensitive issues.
