As a senior coach and executive consultant, she supports her clients in various areas of self-development and presentation.
Violeta Mikić has been working as an independent director for business and media appearances since January 1997. With over 26 years of experience, she has established herself as a pioneer in coaching for top management positions in Germany. Her unique combination of directing experience and personal development enables her to offer clients individually tailored methods from the performing arts, bodywork, systemic counseling and Gestalt therapy. In the live on-site formats, the focus is on understanding why the "how" is often more important than the "what". Violeta will explain how crucial the way you present yourself is, be it on stage or in a face-to-face conversation - from your posture to the first words you address to your audience, be it digitally or in person.
