Negotiation skills are one of the key qualifications of successful executives - it's not just about negotiating for your company, but also about negotiating your own advancement and salary. Those who deal with the dynamics of negotiations and at the same time are aware of their impact as a female negotiator will successfully achieve their goal.
Target group: Specialists and executives who want to prepare for management responsibility in the first management level and/or for a CEO position. The module provides a comprehensive understanding of top-level management and provides the skills, knowledge and perspectives that together lead to managerial competence and leadership success.

Stakeholder management per se is the overarching term for a company's alignment with its most important stakeholders. Identify, analyze and communicate - these are the three tasks in dealing with people and organizations
In this session, attendees will hear some of the crucial strategies that got Tine Snels first to the C-suite of a Dutch multinational and then to the board of a MDAX company in Germany. Participants will receive tips and tricks on how to effectively deal with being the "only woman" in the room. The participants get to know the different challenges and dynamics of the board of directors and the supervisory board. Finally, there will be an interactive question and answer session on the topic of success on the board.
Today, more and more companies are involved in founding startups. The aim is usually to create an environment in which innovations can be implemented quickly, flexibly and unbureaucratically in addition to the grown and often traditional corporate culture.
In her session, Hiltrud Werner will deal with the correct handling of management, with risk-mitigating functions, and the embedding of compliance and risk management in the everyday work of executives. These must not be misunderstood as a chore, as mere processing of formalities and checklists at the end of a working day, but are an integral part of day-to-day work.
This session is not about expertise, your college degree or a survey of your professional merits, but rather the sharing of experiences and insights that have made you the professionals you are today.

Andrea Kahlenberg will provide you with a framework and principles to help you understand and structure the transformation process.
The business world is strongly male-dominated - what impact does that have on our impact and presence? We are often the only woman in a room full of men, how do we deal with this special position? Generations of successful women have copied men appearance traits, from clothing to body language to tone of voice. But is that authentic and really effective?
