Negotiation skills are one of the key qualifications of successful executives - its not just about negotiating for your company, but also about negotiating your own advancement and salary. Those who deal with the dynamics of negotiations and at the same time are aware of their impact as a female negotiator will successfully achieve their goal.

Target group: Specialists and executives who want to prepare for management responsibility in the first management level and/or for a CEO position. The module provides a comprehensive understanding of top-level management and provides the skills, knowledge and perspectives that together lead to managerial competence and leadership success.

Every human being makes around 20,000 decisions a day. Many of these run unconsciously and are based on cognitive heurists. This leads to systematic distortions of perception, so-called biases such as stereotypes and prejudices, which classify our world into "pigeons". This is the only way we can make quick decisions in view of the wealth of information. The disadvantage is obvious: (unconscious) prejudices lead to wrong decisions that have far-reaching effects in business life.

Today, more and more companies are involved in founding startups. The aim is usually to create an environment in addition to the grown and often traditional corporate culture in which innovations can be implemented quickly, flexibly and unbureaucratically.

Every manager can make a clearly defined brand out of himself. All you need is your own track record of performance and success and the knowledge of your 6 - 8 distinctive key competencies. In this workshop, you will work with Sabine Hansen on the example of 1 or 2 selected profiles from the group of participants and by means of a competence-based interview with the test persons, a success and strength profile, which you can then compare to work out the unique selling points (key competences). apply to others.
